Do you allow pets?

Yes and No. Yes, we allow dogs at all of our properties except for Windsong Retreat due to the sensitive garden

What are your check-in and check-out times?

Our check-in starts at 4pm and check-out at 10am. To ensure that our Cleaners have ample time to clean the property we ask you not to extend these times. Please reach out to us to see if we are able to make any special accommodations. Depending on availability, we may have packages available.

Is parking available on-site?

Yes, we offer on-site free parking, making it convenient and hassle-free for you to park your vehicle and have peace of mind throughout your vacation.

What amenities are provided in the rental

Our rental properties are equipped with a wide range of amenities to enhance your stay. You can expect amenities such as a fully equipped kitchen, outdoor patio, high-speed Wi-Fi, air conditioning, and in-unit laundry facilities. Feel free to review the property description or contact the host for specific amenities provided in the rental.

What is the cancellation policy?

We understand that plans can change, and we have a flexible cancellation policy. If you need to cancel your reservation, you can receive a full refund if you cancel fifteen-days before your scheduled arrival. If cancellation is within 7-days before scheduled arrival, a partial refund may be available. Please contact us, and we’ll be happy to assist you with the cancellation process. If you need to reschedule, we can also accommodate that with a 7% processing fee.

As a solo traveler this place was exactly what I needed for my extended stay. I truly felt right at home! I worked during my stay and the wifi connection was excellent. The shower pressure was my favorite. The neighborhood was quiet during my stay, the beach was right across the street and I could see part of the ocean from the second floor window which was lovely to me. The area offers plenty of restaurants and grocery stores for whatever you might need. An absolutely jewel of a place ON the beach.

This place was great! The neighborhood felt very well lit, safe and welcoming. Extra bonus that it was a very easy 1 block walk to the public beach access. The home was very inviting and had everything we needed. Bonus items like towels for our dog, a beach wagon with chairs, beach ball, umbrella, etc. Loni was also super responsive. We asked for an early check in at the very last minute and she responded immediately. She checked in and recommended all the best places. Great stay!

We had a wonderful stay over New Years weekend! The views were absolutely beautiful and so peaceful! We loved using the hot tub and overlooking the beautiful mountains. We cooked almost every meal in the cabin and the kitchen is stocked with literally every single thing you could need! There isn’t a dishwasher so just keep that in mind if you’re cooking a lot of meals. The space was super cozy and comfortable! The beds are really comfortable and there are so many small and thoughtful amenities included at the cabin. It was such a perfect stay to unwind and recharge before beginning a new year. Loni was an excellent host and was superb at communication and recommendations!!

The views were outstanding from the cabin. 10/10 Unfortunately though it rained most of the weekend but that didn't matter. The home is really cozy and makes you feel at home. Getting up the mountain was a little nerve racking sometimes but wasn't the only cabin we have rented in the area, so thankfully we knew the area well. I wish we could’ve stayed longer because the views are worth it. Enjoyed every min.

This was by far one of the best vacations we’ve had in a long time. This place is a dream, it is very private, safe, with amazing views. We can’t wait to visit again. Loni was amazing from the beginning, great communication,and suggestions. This is the type of cabin life I would love to retire to in the future.
