Our unit is perfect for couples or small families looking for a relaxing getaway. Welcome to Beach Oasis! Our newly renovated oceanside 2-bedroom duplex unit which accommodates up to 6 guests. This unit has a sunroom with plenty of seating and large windows. Has 3 Smart TV's throughout. Renovated kitchen with brand new quartz countertops. All new furnishings and stainless steel appliances. Unit is centrally located and an easy 1-2 minute walk to the beach and 1 mile from downtown. We provide beach chairs, cooler, toys, beach bag and wagon. Public Access to the beach is conveniently located across the street. Pack your bags because this unit is just what you need for your beach vacation getaway!

As you enter the apartment, you will be greeted by a spacious living room with comfortable seating and a flat-screen smart TV. The living room leads to a fully equipped kitchen with all the necessary appliances and utensils to prepare your favorite meals. The dining area is adjacent to the kitchen and can comfortably seat up to four guests. The unit features two bedrooms, each with a Smart TV, comfortable king-sized bed in the master bedroom and plenty of closet space. The second bedroom features two twin beds. Both are tastefully decorated with modern furnishings and soft lighting to create a relaxing atmosphere. The bathroom is clean and modern, with a bathtub and shower combination, fresh towels, and complimentary toiletries.

We are located in a quiet neighborhood for beach goers and golfers alike, an ideal escape for the whole family and your furry friend. The home boasts comfortable outdoor living space, renovated kitchen, modern beach decor, in unit washer and dryer and an outdoor patio and hammock equipped with string lights! This unit also shares a common outdoor shower.

This is a dog friendly unit. We have two bowls and one medium pet bed. Please be sure to clean up after your dog and keep dog crated when you're not at the unit. There is a 2 dog limit and no more than 50 lbs. per dog.

We provide K Cups, ground coffee, sweetener, and creamer. We also provide starter pack of toilet paper, paper towels and soap. More supplies can be purchase at Kroeger and Walmart 1 mile away

Please refrain from smoking inside the home! Any smoking evidence will result in a $500 fee for odor removal.

Please report any damages or spills so we can rectify the issue before next guests arrive.

Ask me about the unit downstairs and home next door to rent out all three units. Each unit sleeps six. You can rent the entire 3 units to accommodate 18 guests or rent two units to accommodate 12!

The outdoor patio, cornhole, hammock, grill and outdoor shower are shared with one other unit

Cancellation Policy: One hundred percent (100.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 15 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. Fifty percent (50.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 7 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 7 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.
