Welcome to your dream beach vacation getaway! Our stunning rental is located just steps away from the crystal-clear waters and sandy beaches of Crescent Beach. Welcome to Beach Retreat, our newly renovated 2 story, cozy oceanside beach home. With a 1-2 minute walk to public beach access across the street, you can be walking on sand and listening to the waves crashing. Beach Retreat is located in a pet friendly, quiet neighborhood in North Myrtle Beach.

This unit is located in a lower unit of a 2 story duplex. It features a fully-stocked kitchen with new quartz countertops, all new stainless steel appliances, spacious master king bedroom and two twins in second bedroom both with 42 inch Smart TVs. Two roll away beds are stored in the closet. A leather sofa is featured in the living room with a 50-inch Smart TV. Two parking spaces upfront with a front porch to relax and enjoy your cup of coffee. And after a long day at the beach, cool off at the outdoor shower before heading inside to relax!

We are located in a quiet neighborhood for beach goers and golfers alike, an ideal escape for the whole family and your furry friend. The home boasts comfortable living space, renovated kitchen, washer and dryer, modern beach decor, outdoor space with hammock equipped with string lights, and minutes to all the attraction!

This is a dog friendly unit. We have bowls and a pet bed. Please be sure to clean up after your dog and keep dog crated when you're not at the unit. There is a 2 dog limit and no more than 50 lbs per dog.

We provide K cups, ground coffee, sweetener and creamer. We also provide starter pack of toilet paper, paper towels and soap. More supplies can be purchased at Krogers or Walmart 1 mile away

We kindly ask you to treat our home as your own to preserve its pristine condition for future guests and your return visits.

★ NO SMOKING INSIDE ★
Please refrain from smoking inside the home! Any smoking evidence will result in a $500 fee for odor removal.

Please report any damages or spills so we can rectify the issue before next guests arrive.

Ask me about the unit upstairs and home next door to rent. Each unit sleeps six. You can rent the entire 3 units for 18 guests or rent two units for 12 guests!

The outdoor patio, cornhole, hammock, grill and outdoor shower are shared with one other unit

Cancellation Policy: One hundred percent (100.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 15 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. Fifty percent (50.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 7 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 7 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.
